[iOS][Discover] Restore Touch Preview on iOS App

Touch preview removal on last iOS vers. update looks like it hasn't been a great idea. You are on time to restore it, one of the best Spotify features.

Thanks for coming to the Community, and adding your vote to this idea!

 

This feature was originally removed from the app due to low engagement. There was a statement at the time which you can check out at https://community.spotify.com/t5/iOS-iPhone-iPad/Touch-Preview-on-iOS-removal/td-p/1857905.

 

We're keeping this idea as 'Not Right Now', as it's not something we have any immediate plans to add back onto the app.

 

If we do have any new info to share we'll check back in here with a new status.

remember how nice it was to be able to drag your finger down the tracklist of an album or search results and instantly hear a snippet of every song? well not anymore, removed spotify feature #32867

Please bring this feature back! Each week I listen to Release Radar and Discover Weekly playlists - this feature would make it so easy to preview songs without having to open up each song and fast forward to sample it.

i feel that this feature wasn’t advertised at all and taken down so quickly. It was a great idea & I really hope it comes back!

Yeah Spotify obviously doesn't listen to It's users. We have been trying to
get this feature back for at least a year now and nobody seems to care
about our cries. This is BS and Spotify knows it bring this feature back
immediately!

Wow I always figured I just accidentally turned it off and couldn’t figure out how to turn it back on. Was the reason I went with Spotify 😞

Was very frustrated when this was removed, it was a quick an easy way to see if you liked a song and if it’s would suit your playlist. Please bring it back!!

Please add this feature back. I moved to Apple Music due to its removal and would love a reason to come back.

Ab to make the switch to apple music I love the 3D touch feature so much. It's just pleasing to use and make navigating easier. No reason not to have it.
