Playlist in a bottle 2023 not showing up

We've been getting reports that some users are unable to access the Playlist in a bottle 2023 they made to be unlocked in 2024.

This is currently being looked into.

Hey folks!

We've checked with the team, and if you're not seeing the playlist for 2023, it's possible that you didn't lock in any songs in 2023 in order to get the experience in 2024.

We're unfortunately not able to say exactly why - It could be that the experience never got fully completed, an unexpected error popped up when finishing up, a confirmation was never sent or something else didn't go as planned.

However, rest assured that if you've locked the experience for 2025, you'll will be able to enjoy it next year.

I know I made one for this year to look at but every time I go to the Playlist In a Bottle genre it takes me to the page for a new one.

Just like everyone else my 2022 bottle is nowhere to be found. So disappointing…

Hi there folks,

 

Thank you for posting. Earlier years should not be available but your 2023 Playlist in a bottle should be playable under this page. Once you click to claim the playlist, you should be able to play it. 

 

Could you tell us what exactly you see? Is there no button available to claim? Does the hub not open? Let us know what the exact behaviour is and we'd be happy to help you further.

I’m able to open the hub but I’m only able to make a new playlist for 2025. I’ve opened it multiple times but I still don’t see the claim your playlist option at all.

I personally am having this issue where I can’t view my 2023 playlist nor can I make one for 2025, and every time I open a link it comes up with “This experience only works on certain devices and browsers”

My iphone is behind on a couple of software updates, could that be the issue? I also have no other way to get into it because it “doesn’t work on laptops”

There is no button able to claim, it only says my 2025 playlist has been sealed.

There's no claim option when i go to the playlist in a bottle via search or link, it just says my 2024 playlist is sealed until 2025 but there's no option to view my 2023 one

The link works but there is no option to claim my 2023 playlist. Just says my 2024 capsule I made is locked until 2025, but there was also no option to claim the 2023 one before I made my 2024 one.

I just see a blank page saying Something went wrong and I can reload but everything stays the same. The app version is up to date.
