Shuffle Play button has disappeared

Users are reporting that the Shuffle Play button has disappeared. This seems to be happening on iPhones only. The Shuffle button is missing both from playlists and in the Now Playing view next to the Play-button.

My Question or Issue

Hello! Usually, on top of a playlist, there are two seperate buttons. One to play/ pause and a button to shuffleplay the playlist.

For me, that shuffleplay button disappeared, and won’t come back. I had it on my iPhone 13, and still on my new 15 Pro now. I tried reïnstalling, I switched phones… to me it’s a huge miss. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please tell whoever thought it was a good idea to get rid of the shuffle button to quit. Worst idea for a music company

Place the Shuffle button next to the play button for albums and playlist. There should be no reason why I should have to choose a song first THEN be able to shuffle. It’s counterintuitive and the way you guys had it before was more helpful and was better.

I just got spotify and I didn't have a shuffle button (a little annoying) but my friends who've had it for a little while do, I thought this was just because I was in a free trail at the time, however now that I've started to pay for it I still don't have a shuffle button!!! kinda confused why, maybe a new update?

I have a family plan I have restarted my Apple cleared my clache. I followed the Spotify clean reinstall and a more in depth version but my shuffle button isn’t appearing on my Mobile up to date Apple.

I subscribed to a premium membership, but there is no shuffle button in no playlist. 

I did sign out and in, deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing helps. 

Could you please tell me how I can get the shuffle button in the playlist?
