[iOS] Spotify Widget missing on lock screen

We've received reports from iOS users about the Spotify widget being invisible on their lock screen. When they attempt to view it from the from the notifications bar while the phone is locked, it appears blank.

My Question or Issue

Since the most recent update.  I thought the Spotify widget on my iPhone lock screen disappeared.  Turns out, it was just made invisible.  I can tap on the empty space where the widget is. And Spotify will launch.  I just don't see the Spotify logo anymore where the widget should be.  How do I get it back?  I would prefer not having to delete and reinstall the app.

After I updated the app to version 8.9.74.535, then the lock screen shortcut icon did not show up.
