Hi there @Alexsalazar6767,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

To unlink your Spotify and PSN accounts, open the Spotify app and select your account from the top right of the screen. Select Log out. Your Spotify account is no longer linked to PlayStation Network.

If you have any trouble, you must get in touch with Sony customer support and let them know your username so they can give you a hand with this.

We hope this helps. If you need anything else, give us a shout.

Cheers!

My PSN account has been banned though, so i can’t access it and i don’t
know any solution for that, please help me.

Hey again @Alexsalazar6767,

Thanks for keeping in touch.

Since you're mentioning that you don't have access to the PSN account linked to your Spotify account, we recommend getting in touch with Sony customer support here as they're the right folks to help you with this.

If by any chance they can't help you, we suggest creating a new account. You can find the steps to transfer your content from one account to the other in this Spotify Answer.

If you have any questions, we're just a reply away.
