[All Platforms][Podcasts] Fix the fact that podcast playback resets across all devices

I find it pretty impossible to listen to podcasts on Spotify as the app seem to remember my progress MAYBE 20% of the time, which is probably generous. I experience this issue on all devices (mac/pc/android). Please fix??
