PS4 app pausing

I am a new user and have been setting up playlists for use with my PS4. The music seems to pause after a few songs. Even though the playlist has many other songs listed.

Saving Music to My library

Every time I try to save an album to my music.. It saves for that session while I'm in the app.. But then when I come back later.. The songs aren't in My Music library. I pay for premium!

I can't see all of my playlists on PS3

I just got the Spotify app for my PS3, I can only see a few of my playlists. My "Starred" is the main one I listen to and it's not there. I even tried making it public to see if that was the issue and it didn't help. Any suggestions? Thank you!
