Superuser Contribution [Familiar Plan] Invitation doesn't work properly

I've tried to invite an additional account (*snip*) in my familiar plan (*snip*), but it didn't work properly. "Unable to access" is informed as soon as Deborah accesses the invitation link. How could I proceed?

I am trying to add a family member ( my father) in my account. When my father try to accept the invitation on Email, it brings him on the paiment page and it dosnt accept the invitation.
