My Question or Issue

so, hey guys, this has been going on for a few days and I don't know what else to do.
i want to upgrade my account to premium as i cant live with the free version and it is not working, this is the first time this has happened.
I've tried it with two different cards, credit and debit card, I've tried it with an anonymous tab, I've tried it on another device, I've uninstalled and installed the app again, I cleared the data and cache, and nothing works, the payment page loads but it doesn't go on to finish, could someone help me or do you have any idea what's going on? please i don't like using another streaming platform. thanks!!!

 

as the screenshot shows, the page loads, I fill in all the data but it doesn't finish the purchase, it stays in this loop (including via the mobile app)

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this.

 

We've received several reports about issues with payments in Brazil. The Spotify team is currently investigating this.
