I tried to Start 3 months of Premium for 0.99 EUR (yes, for the first time). And because my card is not enabled for foreign purchases, i used my friends card. And he has premium too. Is it possible, why my payment has failed, it's because the card that I use is not mine? Or because the same card can't be used for two or more accounts? Please help me, thank you!

 

P.S. I read all the "Get help", nothing helped.

Each payment method can only be claimed once to claim such offer, so you'll need to use a payment method that hasn't been used for Spotify before 🙂

Okay, but now I tried to use another card (which was never used for Spotify). And it's still says : Payment failed.

I don't understand what's wrong. 

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
