Premium Subscription Not Working

I have encountered a strange problem. I was recently offered a promotion of buying 1 month of premium and receiving 2 months free, so I went for it. When I log into my account on my app or on the web player, I still get ads, and it clearly treats me like a free user. But when I go to my account overview, it shows that I'm a premium user. I've tried logging in and out several times, but it doesn't seem to work. Here are some images to show my issue.
