SPOTIFY KEEPS CHARGING ME?!

Recently, I had just bought a Spotify premium card, and got a 6-month premium. But then, I still got my credit card details filled in my account. Even if I have already bought a 6-month premium card, Spotify keeps on charging me! (I was notified through text message)

Spotify, please tell me how to fix this.

I tried removing my credit card details in my account page 'cause I thought this would solve the issue, but another issue came up and its regarding the website, I couldn't access the account page and it said "We're all mixed up! Please try again!" 

Seriously, Spotify? Not only do you overcharge your customers, but you can't even manage your servers well, cause from what I have read, I am not the only user who is experiencing "Account Page" issue.

Please solve these two issues as soon as possible,

otherwise I'll be changing to Shazam or some sh-t.
