My Question or Issue

I've been a Spotify user for 5 years with Premium subscription (4.99 EUR). Suddenly my subscription automatically changed to Family Premium (7.99 EUR) without my knowledge or even being notified. When I try to change it to my previous plan for 4.99 EUR it says that I'm not eligible for this plan. Now if I want to continue my subscription I have to pay the Family subscription which I don't want. This is really disappointing  I've never had this issue before.

How can I get my Premium plan back to 4.99?

Hey Angela, help's arrived. 

 

If you think your subscription was changed without your knowledge, we suggest that you go through the steps provided here in order to secure your account. 

 

We also recommend that you double-check that you don't have another account which might've been upgraded to a Family subscription. Steps for that can be found here.
