Unexpectedly subscribed from Premium to Free

Hi,

 

My Spotify account switches from Premium to Free without any notice or anything. I think this happened last saturday (24th of februari), because I heard one of the commercial you get with a Free account, but I was not sure. I really noticed it this morning. I already re-activated my account, but can someone tell me more about this?

I noticed that it the last digits after the "-" only go up to 12. This means my payment is only active for 1 year, so that is why it got cancelled?
