continuously getting billed after premium cancellation

i have cancelled my premium subscription last may and is still getting billed every month. i am not even using the account.. how can i cancel it and get my refund?

I already have a Premium account & I pay $9.99 a month, but I would like to update to the Family Premium. Will they just start charging me the $14.99 instead of $9.99 or do I need to cancel my Premium & purchase the Family Premium?

Hola. Quisiera cambiar mi método de pago y no me acepta la tarjeta, dice que mi banco tiene un mal día. Tengo otra, pero es del mismo banco y tampoco la acepta ¿qué más puedo hacer?
