Arrow sign was placed in the wrong position which it make me cannot press it

Could you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one.

 

In case the issue persists, it's a good idea to also try with another account on the same device to see if that makes a difference.

 

If nothing changes, could you share with us the following? We'll look into this further.

  • Exact Spotify version that is running on your device.
  • When did the issue occur?
