Local Files Playback Volume

Hi, this is driving me nuts but my local files keep playing at normal level for the first 2 seconds of the song and then goes stupidly quiet.

They are all imported as mp3 files and I am using iphone 5s, tried everything, its been doing it for a month now and cant figure out why it is playing up.

does anyone have any suggestions? would be greatly appreciated

I have the same problem. It only occurs with imported music, not with songs I made available offline but initially got from Spotify itself. The songs play normal on the integrated music player of iOS, so the problem is the spotify app.
