2 Accounts under same username

Somehow I have 2 accounts under the same user name and email address.  One account shows on mobile and is premium and the other is on desktop and is not.  The desktop app shows a profile photo, followers, and is linked to facebook.  The mobile version is empty.  How do I merge the accounts?

but after I contacted Support they fixed it for me,
