3-for-1 Spotify Premium Trial doesn't seem to be on my account

Hi there.

I have been using the free spotify for a few months now, and when I got an email recently for a "3-for-1 Spotify Premium Trial " I thought I'd sign up for the premium package. However, when I did this, even though I used the username I have been using on my other devices, it seems to have signed me up on a randomly generated username and my normal account is not showing as being premium. I am unable to sign in using the account name provided in the receipt email and so I currently have no access to premium even though I have a payment receipt? I have also received a recipt of payment from Paypal, so I am definitely paying.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

The randomly generated username points to a Facebook account, so if you log in using your Facebook details you will probably see your Premium account. 

If it is on the wrong account, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get it swapped over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
