Account Hacked

Someone hacked my account. It is linked to my Facebook. I logged everything out of Facebook, logged everything out of Spotify, deleted app passwords, reset passwords, added a code to my facebook account, disabled all Facebook apps, logged back in and within 20 minutes my account was being used from another device not in my posession.

The songs being played are hardcore rap, foreign music, etc. 

I am currently grandfathered into premium and pay less than 14.99, and don't want to have to pay you more because someone is abusing my account. How do we resolve this?
