My Question or Issue

I can’t get the age verification to load. Earlier today, I finally did after many attempts, and then it told me I was younger than 16 (which I don’t know why I didn’t expect that when roblox also says I am younger than I say) and I decided to try the ID one with my drivers license, but every time I get to the photo of my face, it does the same thing it used to do. It will say still processing photo until it kicks me out or says that it timed out. I deleted Spotify then restarted the iPad to see if that would work but then when u redownloaded all the listening stats with my friends (which is the whole reason I was trying to verify, I wanted to be able to chat with my cousin or react to her music) and the thing where you could see what music the people you are presently following are listening to just all disappeared, which was frustrating because that means I literally just made it worse…

When you reinstalled the app, did you clear the cache as well? If not, then consider following these steps in full in case there's any corrupted data that may be causing the issues. When you log in again, make sure to double check you're using the correct account. You can use these steps as reference for that.
