Can not unlink spotify from unknown Playstaion

My Question or Issue

Hey, I linked my spotify account on (probably) some friends PSN account, not knowing that I needed to sign it off manually to unlink it. This may happened maybe years, months i do not know how long ago. I simply can not know what PSN account it is linked to and can not (obviously) ask the owner to do it for me.

Is there any way to unlink it? I tried it from the account page but everytime I try to log in on my playstation message pop ups that it is connected somewhere else and it appears back on the account page.

I have tried changing password but no help.

Yes I did but unfortunately right above the Sign out everywhere button this message is said: “ Note: This doesn’t include partner devices, such as Sonos and PlayStation. For more information about logging out (or unlinking) Spotify from a partner device, check the device’s manufacturer guide.” in which is said that the unlink has to be done specially through playstation settings

If you know your Playstation login details, you should be able to use this website to unlink your Spotify and Playstation accounts. If you don't know those login details you'll need to contact Playstation's support team.
