Can't log in or change password

I can't reset my password to log in because the reset email keeps going to an email account I deactived a long time ago. I also can't change the email account that the reset password is sent to since that requires the proper password. The email I got back from Spotify wasn't very helpful.

I would suggest you continue to speak with spotify support or wait for spotify to contact you on here 🙂

That's my sons issue also and he tried to remember all the passwords he used, but no luck at all. We upgraded all our phones and he forgot to get all the passwords now it's a waiting game. Hopefully Spotify customer service can read things.
