Help! I am trying to update my password. I login and go to change password and enter in old and new. But each time it gives me a message saying I can't leave the old password field blank. I am not leaving it blank but somehow it thinks I am. I tried and private connection as suggested in the help notes and get the same thing. I think it is a bug?

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
