Not receiving reset password email

Hello,

Recently I've upgraded to Spotify premium. Now, the invoice works fine, but I can't log in because I forgot my password. If I click on "forgot password", I don't receive a notification with a new password.... I don't receive email at all!

I sent out an email with the "contact form" about 2 weeks ago, but I didn't receive a single reply!

In the meanwhile, money is taken off my bankacount by PayPal, but I can't access my account! Please don't tell me that I have to contact PayPal to cancel the subscription, but help me to a new password!

Issue resolved; despite there wasn't any reply from Spotify, I found out that I was using an alternative emaildress. Reset password mail was sent to that (barely used) emailaddress.

If your account was linked to facebook, you need to request a reset on the facebook site. Otherwise, use this contact form to get in touch direct with Spotify.

My account is not connected to my Facebook account, so I can't get a new password using that method....

 

As I also mention in my first post, I send out an request for a new password 14 days ago, but didn't receive a reply....
