Spotify Family Pricing

I am trying to figure out how the pricing works for Spotify Family. What I've been able to find, I belive to be a little vague. Can any one help me out on figuring out how to find the cost? (Extra points if you can represent it as an equation or function. I am trying to convince an engineer.)

Spotify Family:

The account that signs up for the family plan is $10, they add additional people (up to 4) for a total of up to 5 people on the plan.

Each person adds $5 on to the plan.

For example, this is what is listed on the familly sign up page at http://spotify.com/family 

Me + 1 family member $14.99
Me + 2 family members $19.99
Me + 3 family members $24.99
Me + 4 family members $29.99
