My Question or Issue

I am a new college student and when i try to upgrade using the student plan i go to verify myself and get the error message "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again." this has been happening for weeks.

In order for us to provide the best possible solution, we'd need to know more about the process, that lead to the error message. 

 

Here are the steps to activate a Student subscriptions. Where exactly does the error message occur? You can also provide screenshots of the error.

 

If the error pops up while you're trying to verify your student status, it'd be best to contact SheerID directly, so they can assist you further.
