Suddenly my profile name changed

All of a sudden my Profile Name (not username) changed.

I initially signed up via Facebook, so my profile name was my full name/Facebook account name. I went to my profile a few minutes ago, and my profile name is now the same as my username (the random numbers when signing up to Facebook is my/your username).

Edit: It seems when you turn off "Facebook data" under Privacy settings on your account page, they will stop processing your Facebook name. I enabled it again, but my name does not appear to come back. It would be nice to have that back, or, even better, have the option to change it......

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll definitely be able to help out though.

Does logging out and back into your device make a difference with being able to see your Facebook name?

Also, does the issue persist if you log into a different device?

I figured out it was due to me removing my Facebook data from my account and has been fixed by another member of the Spotify team.
