Is there any way to change your Your Top Songs 2020 (Spotify Wrapped) playlist?

it seems like someone used my account illegally, and now the playlist is messed up with songs that I even don't know, and I really want to keep my Spotify wrapped playlist and listen to it, is there anyway to correct stuff? or it's ruined already?

Why has my audio book listening time finished when I have paid for premium

Am I only allowed a certain amount of hours ? I get a message saying it will renew in 25 days ! I thought with paying for premium this would not happen. Why say this book is available in premium then say now I've ran out of hours ?
