Storage option disappeared

On my android app, the storage option has disapdisapp in settings, so I can't choose to download music to the SD card anymore. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing data. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If I mistakenly downloaded playlists in Normal Quality, do I have to clear cache and start over and redownload in Extreme? These are about 1000 tracks.
