can't buy and download music (PM3s)

Hi, I have a spotify premium account but lately I can't buy and download music. When I try I get a message in Dutch (I'm in the netherlands) that buying music from Spotify is currently not possible... What can be the matter? Anyone? Inge

Spotify is not recognizing me as a paid premium user even though I AM
