Multimedia keys unresponsive in Windows 10

This is more of a bug report I guess, but on Windows 10 (1.1.48.625.g1c87c7f7) until I cycle the "show desktop overlay when using media keys" setting the global keyboard hook (or however they're being handled) isn't working... even with the application in the foreground.

Thanks for posting on the Community about this.

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

Make sure you run a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your PC. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates. 

If you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check your hosts file for entries that need to be removed. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.
