My Question or Issue

I am unable to use the Spotify desktop app after I login.

When I first install the app the login screen does open, but after logging in the screen goes black.

This can be seen in other issues like these below:

Spotify Application is completely black - https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Spotify-application-is-completely-black/td-p/514913...

Spotify Windows 10 - Black Screen - https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Spotify-Win-10-Black-Screen/m-p/5149232

I have done multiple complete re-installs following these Windows instructions: link - https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485

I have made sure that Spotify is allowed through my firewall.

I have tried running as administrator.

I have tried a full uninstall (including cache) and then a re-install from the Microsoft Store.

I have tried having the Hardware Acceleration option both on and off (makes no difference)

Does this app work on Windows 11 Pro - 64-bit? I'm at a loss for what else to try.
