My Question or Issue

My up and down arrows won't let me scroll through Spotify. They were working a few days ago, and now they are not. They work for other websites. The touch screen and scrollbar work fine.

I'm having the same issue, and it's driving me crazy! Stopped working a few days ago for me too. I hope they fix this soon.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

We've tried this on our end with an iPhone and couldn't replicate the same behavior.

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

On another note - does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices? 


It would also be great if you can let us know which version of the app you have.

I have reinstalled the app multiple times and that hasn't fixed the problem. It is happening on my Windows 10 laptop. I have Version 1.168.632.0

This is happening to me too, everywhere on the desktop app. It begun once the latest app update was installed.

This is happening to me as well (I use a laptop, Windows 10). I used to use the up/down arrows on my keyboard for the desktop application but it does not work anymore after latest update.

Can you try logging in with another account on your PC? If the issue continues on that account as well, please provide us with the following info:

  • Device, OS version
  • Spotify app version
  • A short video recording of the issue

Once we have this, we can report it to the right teams at Spotify for further investigation.

Hello, I'm experiencing the same. I've tried using another account on my PC and the problem persists.
