My Question or Issue
My up and down arrows won't let me scroll through Spotify. They were working a few days ago, and now they are not. They work for other websites. The touch screen and scrollbar work fine.
I'm having the same issue, and it's driving me crazy! Stopped working a few days ago for me too. I hope they fix this soon.

We've tried this on our end with an iPhone and couldn't replicate the same behavior.
Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
On another note - does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?
It would also be great if you can let us know which version of the app you have.

I have reinstalled the app multiple times and that hasn't fixed the problem. It is happening on my Windows 10 laptop. I have Version 1.168.632.0

This is happening to me as well (I use a laptop, Windows 10). I used to use the up/down arrows on my keyboard for the desktop application but it does not work anymore after latest update.
