music stops almost as soon as it starts

I just got a premium account and went to my favorite artist. As soon as I clicked on one of his songs, it started playing a random song from his album and for only 11 seconds. I cannot get spotify to play for longer.

Solved!! Press play and nothing happens. Only works after pressing heart button.

Superuser Contribution cannot drag songs into playlist in desktop

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app but I am unable to drag new songs into a playlist to add. I am also unable to drag songs to reorganize the order of a playlist.
