Pauses song randomly

This has been going on for awhile. Whenever I am using Spotify it randomly pauses my song for a few seconds and then comes back. This seems to happen mainly when a new ad pops up on the bottom of the screen. I would LOVE a solution to this problem

Solved!! App not working correctly. Coloured blocks obscuring view since Spotlight effect update.
