[Android] Playlists not loading

We're seeing reports from users that self-created playlists (including Liked Songs) won’t load on Android devices.

This mostly seems to be happening to Samsung devices, both on mobile and tablet.

Having this issue on my S22 Ultra and Tab s9 Ultra

@Justwanthelp2 I have a Samsung/Android as well. Are none of your playlists titles showing up or is it just the songs in your playlists? If you cannot see the songs in your playlists, have you tried changing you playlist from public to private or private to public? You may be able to see the songs on your playlists for a short time. Not an ideal solution but I got to see songs on one of my playlists for a short period of time today. If the name of your playlists do not show up at all, I have no suggestions. I feel you though. It is frustrating. I hope that this fix this soon!

Can confirm, not receiving help, unable to see any playlists. Currently on s25 ultra, latest update, chatbots/Ai DO NOT HELP

I didn't do anything new, but my playlists are back to working normally now

Hey everyone,

What initially caused this issue should now be fixed, so feel free to try some basic troubleshooting if you're still experiencing issues:

 

 

Should you still have troubles, however, let us know what device/OS you're using, along with the Spotify version, and we'll investigate further.
