Superuser Contribution Charging again after half a month?

I just recently re upped my student plan and activated Hulu. My account however says that I will be charged again on 10/14/17 when my plan renews? I was charged today for a whole month?

Mi correo nuevo correo electrónico si se actualiza en Facebook pero no en spotify, por lo tanto creo que no me deja comprar premium, me aparece el mensaje de "tu tarjeta tiene un mal día.." ¿qué puedo hacer?
