What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

How do I unsubscribe from the singtel plan For premium? I typed in the redeem code for the 3 months

I subscribed for a 3 months plan for $0.90 and it's linked to singtel. How do I unsubscribe? It was a redeem code on the back of a circular card at the supermarket.
