Bank send payment to wrong account

I always pay my premium directly from my internet bank and this time by some reason mybank send this payment for premium to an account I didn't even know I had. Is there something I can do to fix this? Really appriciate all help I can get.

I was charged however I never updated my payment methods because I was planning on cancelling and now it's just a charge when I stopped using Spotify. How did Spotify even receive this information when I never updated my payment methods.
