Payment Declined

Hi, Yesterday I received a message that my payment has been declined. However it is my mobile provider who pays the bill, not myself (it is included as part of my monthly phone bill) south there shouldn't be this problem?

Premium doesnt work!???

I just subscribed to have premium account, I already received na e-mail with the bill.But when I log in, I still cant choose the songs. When I click in settings, it atilo does appear: Account: Free. Why my phone doesnt get updated??
