Why haven't the Spotify support contacted me yet? It's been days and I haven't gotten an answer.

I have a problem where it's basically saying my account doesn't exist and all my info isn't right, I emailed Spotify days ago, but I've only received the automated email from them and nothing more. Can someone please help me?
