Bluetooth Metadata not transmitting from iPhone 6 to Pioneer Z150BH

Multiple playlists in play queue

Whenever I add a playlist to my play queue on iOS9 on the iPhone it is added 5 times so I can't just have a playlist run through and then stop, it loops five times. Anybody else having this issue?

Having to re-download songs every few days
