Can Playing songs that have been Synced Extreme drain more battery than High?

Spotify seems to really drain my iPhone 5s's battery. I have offline songs synced at Extreme. Would changing to High reduce battery usage signficantly? I could do this, but it would take a while and wanted to check if anyone else has this experience....

Adding songs to playlists

Iv just started using Spotify on my ipad and im currenting making a playlist however i can only add one song to my playlist at a time, to add another i have to delete the app then reinstall it. This is taking far too much time. Is there any solution?

Spotify is very slow and unresponsive after unlocking phone

Solved!! Upgraded to premium. Still on free.
