Is there a way to select which local files I sync, instead of all of them?

I only want some of my local files, but I don't see an option to not sync all of them. Help would be appreciated!

Inconsistent UI for Saved Music on Mobile for iOS

On Spotify Mobile for iOS, if I go to Your Music>Songs, I see "Remove" under a track. If I go to Your Music>Playlist and look at the same track, I don't see "Remove". See Screenshots below:
