Won't play at all on iPhone free account

When I choose an album or playlist and press Shuffle Play, no audio plays.The artist & title appears at the bottom (above menu bar) but no audio comes.I have deleted and reinstalled Spotify, and updated iOS.Account: freeiOS: 9.3.5Spotify: 3.0.0.256
