volume cutting in and out

i have a prestigio 5500 phone on which when i try to play music on the spotify app the music goes in and out. the other music on the phone plays as normal no trouble at all. this is my first smartphone any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Spotify on 2 devices

Hi.
I use 2 mobiles. Can I use Spotify account on both? Downloading the playlists on the second one occupies twice as much place of internal storega as on the original one. Thank you.

Unable to remove a playlist

I am following another user's playlist that I wish to unfollow, but when I click the "unfollow" button it disappears for 1 second and then just returns. The same thing happens on both my computer and phone. What do I do? Thank you! /V
