Account hacked. Can’t end premium

My account was hacked this morning and somehow the hacker managed to change the email to my account and this went right over Spotify’s head so now I can’t cancel my premium subscription and I can no longer use my account. I’ve sent three emails to Spotify about it and I have yet to hear anything back. I genuinely have run out of options completely and I’m getting **bleep** frankly.

I recommend you to check out this article and make sure you follow all of its steps, it will also allow you to get in touch directly with Spotify.

If you receive an automatic email from support, don't forget to reply to it. Also, check your junk/spam folders.
