Cant Login using phone number

Hello!

I am from UAE and I am currently having difficulty in logging my spotify account on the website using my phone number. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to put an alternative email for that account. 

I have tried it a number of times already and I'm pretty sure that my number is correct as I have no problems in accessing the app with it. 

The site kept on sending this message:

• "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"

Would seriously appreciate your help as I am planning to cancel my duo premium to join our family premium. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for your replies. 

If you have registered only a phone number on your account and can’t log in to it, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can further assist you with this. 

However, if you have registered an email address as well, you should be able to log in to your account using that email and password. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it here.

I don't have any email account and used to listen to spotify on web browser. I joined spotify using my phone number, and now when i try to use my phone number to login again i can't. All it says is "check your phone number or try with a different number"

Could you please help me with that. I had a few private playlists that I can't get an access to using different account.

I logged out of my account and when i tried to log back in with my phone mumber im unable to do so , i have no Email attached to my account just the phone number with the otp , i have tried everything uninstalling and reinstalling the app , force stopping it , the clear cache thing , i even waited for 2 days and then tried it again but still no luck however when i put in some random number it gets me to the sms stage but its not working with my number and the number is correct , which is literally the answer on spotify support phone number login help like check the number and try again , uhh ya ITS NOT WORKKKINNG , PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!

My Question or Issue

I've created an account in Spotify using my phone number and upgraded into a premium plan. I'm unable to login into the account I've created it says to check my number, I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache etc nothing works. Please help retrieve my account.

After entering phone number, the app shows an error which says "Check your phone number".

I've checked the phone number a million times and it is correct.

Please provide a solution or refund.

I've tried performing a clean install but problem still persists. 
Seems like a problem with the programming logic. Please contact the developers.

We're aware of a technical issue with signing up for / logging into Spotify with a phone number. At the moment, we're not able to confirm when this will be resolved. If you're having difficulties, we recommend using an email address for Spotify instead. Should you need any help, we'll be happy to assist as well 🙂

Currently there is no email associated with my account. 
Since I cannot login, I cannot link my email to the account as well. 

How should I link my email to the account ?

I just can't login with my phone number. Community page says it has be resolved but it doesn't work. All it says is "Check your phone number". Please fix it ASAP.
