Okay I am in Mexico, for longer than 14 days, I am using free.
I have been repeatedly asked to change my country settings - which I have done.
My profile says I'm in Mexico, the website has the Mexican flag even, but STILL I cannot log in and access anything at all.... I have tried logging in on various platforms web/desktop etc.
Please can someone help me! Thanks

Hi guys, I moved from Italy to Denmark two week ago, and I'm staying here for 6 month.
Yesterday server told me that I can't use spotify abroad for more than 14 days, and to edit the profile, changing the country. I did it but I can't alredy enter.
So just to clarify, if I live in Mexico I'm not allowed a free account?

That is odd. Is your account created with Facebook? If so, I'd suggest you change the country settings from there as well. You shouldn't have to upgrade if you live in Mexico. Did this message appear after a change of equipment? You'll need to make sure that the IP address of your equipment matches the country you are in, it could be what's causing you this message to pop up.

Hi, i am living abroad for a few months so i have changed my country settings to my new country (UK), but even though with this i am not allowed to use Spotify. Always that i want to use it the page sais that i am not on my country and i have to change the settings, despite i have done it already. ¿What can i do?

I've this problem. I was living abroad for more than 14 days and I change the settings and put the country I was and everything worked fine. Now, I'm back to my country and Today, suddenly, I can sign in. I do update my profile and even delete the app in my devices and downloaded again, but is the same. It appears to have this "Error Code: 408" - how I can solve this?
I was abroad in France for a year and changed my country when I was over there, now that I came back to Spain despite changing the country on my profile (and choosing the only one that showed on the menu, Spain) I already get a message that says "your country does not match with the one established on your profile" (I just translated from Spanish, so it might be something like that in English). What can I do to use my Spotify account now? Any solutions?
I wouldn't like to make a new account 'cause I will loose all the music I kept over there.

I can't log in my Spotify Free account because I'm in Italy (I'am from Spain). However, I have changed my profile information, and my IP is correct (Rome, Italy), and I haven't logged in yet.
What do I have to do to enter Spotify?
After the reinstalation it is still happening. I can log in, but when i trie to listen songs Spotify tells me that it is not possible to listen the song. Also i cannot search music, and in the artist profile i don't see the most popular songs that i usually used to see.

My husband has sent me an invitation code to join our Family Subscription. I happen to be abroad for a few months, and the system denies me the ability to join because apparently we are supposed to be in the same country. What can be done to fix this?
